Outlet pc in my opinion is by far the best in Las Vegas, from products, to the pricing and customer service.

I had a few gift cards from outletpc and redeemed them as explained by an associate by putting them in the comments section but they were not redeemed and I was charged full price. I am still trying to get a hold of someone in this matter. Have been unable to, via phone or email so far.

I had found them online when pricing a new dvd burner and found out they were only a few miles away. I went in with my computer and said I would like a new burner and they went thru what they offered on hand and was happy with price and selection. The gentleman there said that he wasnt busy so he would be able to install in right away and even cleaned the computer. IT was all done within 15 mins and the total price was very reasonable! super impressed and would buy from them again!

Been buying from Outlet PC for over 2 years now, after looking on the internet for computer parts found OPC kinda by mistake but the best part other than the prices and the customer service at the Outlet I found I only live about 4 MILES from them !!! Both Frys and BestBuy have lost all my computer business ( I build and repair PC's ) OutletPC RULES they are the ONLY place I buy from now.....

The website was just like any other online shopping site. What really impressed me was when I went to my local outlet pc to pick up my order. The employee was nice a friendly and I ended up buying a few more things while I was there because of how good their deals were.

Purchased an item and used the Amazon payment option. At no point during checkout was the shipping price ever included in the cost. This includes the final purchase confirmation screen. Naturally, I assumed the shipping was free. After the sale was completed the total price was shown except with shipping suddenly now added.
I immediately tried to cancel the order, but there is no simple and easy way to do so through the site. This was also after business hours so the sales number was no good. I sent an e-mail instead asking to cancel the order, and figured it would all be sorted out in the morning. An hour before their phone call hours opened, I received an e-mail saying the product was shipped. So much for a full refund. They sent me an e-mail in the afternoon saying they tried to cancel they order, but it was too late because it had already shipped.
Have to go through the RMA process now, which includes a restocking fee. Needless to say, I am not satisfied with my shopping experience here, and will most definitely never buy from OutletPC again.

I bought a MB over the phone as my existing MB was bad. Customer Service rep was very friendly and helpful with the shipping and I should get this the next day as Las Vegas is the sort facility for my Post Office. CS rep said he would walk this order out to the warehouse to make sure it got out that day. These guys are great and I would recommend them to anyone looking for computer parts. I will definitely buy from these guys again.
