I have filled out this message once before and no one seemed to have cared enough to reply to my problem. I was promised that I would have all the three handles for the 30 oz tumblers by Dec 16th for the our Christmas with our family from out of state. Today is the 19th and haven't seen them yet. I would also like to cancel the metal straws
that I ordered for our tumblers as I talked with Yeti company this morning and they do not recommend them because they may puncture the vacuum seal.

Took 1 month for items to even be shipped. No idea how much longer it will take for them to be received. I called about this issue twice and emailed three times to inquire about the status of the order and received no communication in return. If I do not receive the items I will file a fraudulent seller claim with the credit card company.
