checkout is a bit overcomplicated, tried to pay by PayPal, but there were (not obvious) more & more questions on successive pages & it didn't work.

In comparison to the other websites, your site is not efficient in many locations in entering the purchase order. Case and point, the non matching password is shown only after the whole page is filled up. As such a lot of info on the page has to be refilled again. Should hire a focus group and evaluate the deficiencies for better customer purchasing experience. Thanks for asking.
