The store has excellent material. Wanted to recommend Ms. Judy she was great, helpful and very professional. She made it possible for me to get the material for my nonprofit educational classes! I am surely coming back and getting more materials. Price are fair and they want to help with education! The 12 lessons I bought was a great buy. It shows a lot of research is done before the product is out for sale. Excellent place to buy nutrition material. Their products are all up to date and it shows that the team is very knowledgeable about the material.

Loved this product, very educational and not until it is put in front of you, that you realise pitfalls, and how company's can put out a product that contains 6 serves, although looks like one serve in the packet, as mentioned how many people are going to weigh out 6 individual portions compared to eating half or the whole packet. I will admit that this is the mistake I have made on numerous occasions, now I am watching my portions and reading labels. Paul Fyfe
