I have to create a new subscription in order to change my payment method and I am about to run out of the product without a new bottle being sent out yet. If you suggest that a subscription is the best method to use your product you better be absolutely sure that you get that product to the customer in time to use it as you suggest...which is continuously without missing a dosage. I'm in already and would like to see if it even works, but making me jump through hoops after I've already subscribed just erks me.

Your website is terrible. Tons of glitches in the checkout section of your site. Had to deal with customer service and they ended up canceling my first subscription. So now I am going to be delayed in getting my next round of products. Plus, the last few bottles I've received do not show up for at least a couple of days after I'm done with my last bottle. Y'all need to recheck the dates you are sending these out so your customers can take consistently as directed by dermatologists. $88 per month is a lot of money to spend with a company who can't seem to figure out these types of typically easy fixes.

I had ordered a subscription and when I never received my next bottle, I checked the website, which informed me that my order had been put on hold for some reason. When I tried to correct that, the form indicated that if I did, I wouldn't receive the next bottle until November.

Have tried and tried (online order, email, chat, phone) to take advantage of the offer you sent - to buy my next 2 bottles of Nutrafol at a 30% discount. Impossible

you website stinks, i had an account before, forgot my password, but it did not recognize my email at first and then it said it sent an email to reset my password, which never came, and i checked both inbox and junk mail
