I was very disappointed with a batch of photos that I received back from Nushots. I rang and spoke to the very friendly customer service people. They advised me to email in copies of the pictures and from that they were able to tell me that I had used the wrong colour space. They explained how to remedy this problem. I did as was suggested, resent in the photos and they came back absolutely beautiful. Just like the originals on my monitor. I was very impressed with the personal service and help I received. Thanks Nushots.. :-)

The quality of the prints was fantastic but the cost of postage was very high, almost double the cost of the prints themselves.
Value for money in postage would only be seen if you bought large quantities of prints I would imagine.
