Northline express is easy to deal with and their website is simple to navigate. I love that I can always reach an english speaking representative when I have questions. No indian outsourced phone reps here!! My only issue is that every one of the pieces I ordered came in dinged, dented or partially beat up. This is probably due to shipping or manufacturer packaging (all my Duravent pieces were dented up whereas my previous Selkirk parts arrived in pristine condition).

The emails I received were a little deceptive. I ordered items from Northern Express, but several of the emails had some other name with no reference to Northern. It would be clearer to ensure that the emails specify which store it is referring to.
