Although the process to remove the Kindle Fire cover appears easy in the video, I was not able to remove it and in the process the "removal tool" was damaged. When pressure is exerted using the palm/hand, the opposing tool end is sharp digs into your palm. I had my wife try it and she cut her finger using it.
I will be returning it with the broken removal tool.
How can I do this?
What is the customer service Number?
