Cross fingers when I did not yet received my order. No means to contact except email. No phone numbers, fax.. when searched ndbd in the net. All were negative. Really an 'agony' if I can still receive my item.- needs improvement in communication...

Too long, unlike the advertised, to receive the order and not having a contact telephone number. For a while, I thought I had been mocked. It is better to appoint an interlocutor in Portugal, because people may think that they are being deceived.

Czekam zamówienie 545-1172 od 6 stycznia 2018, piszę 12 lutego! . Wysłałem więcej niż 10 listów - 0 odpowiedzi. Nie mam informacji o statusie zamówienia, po prostu cisza.
Pamiętajcie, przyszłość firmy zależy od zaufania klientów. Z takim podejściem i serwisem nic dobrego nie będzie.

I have been waiting for my order 545-1172 from 6 January 2018, now is February 12! I sent more than 10 letters - 0 answers. I have no information about the order status, just silence.
