I don't know why this clinic keeps changing its name...then again, I also don't get why most of the reviews were 5 star. I guess they were the ones only there for 420 recs. Mine is still valid, but Mary Jane isn't such a good friend to me, so I needed a prescription. IME, this place didn't suck, and it's good to have options, but I didn't think it was all that and a bag of chips either. So 3 stars from me.
I'd been curious to try this place for a bit, and it was open later than another clinic that I prefer, so I went here on a whim once. The bathroom is outside of the office and the nurse followed me into the loo and tested the urine right then and there.
One doctor seemed to have hearing trouble. Another one would've easily passed for a cubicle-dwelling desk jockey, were it not for the stethoscope around her neck and her mannerisms (no lab coat, business casual attire). These doctors are 420 proponents, but trying to get pharmecueticals was tough. They even recommended supplements that I've already tried. Finally, I got a different doctor there to write me. As one of the other reviews here said, it really is best if you're only asking for a renewal of an existing prescription if you need meds. But if it's easier to get from a family doctor, I don't see the point aside from walk-in convenience.
You'd have thought that I was trying to get something that doctors in America cannot prescribe and our pharmacies cannot dispense - like the stuff that was found in my peepee from a weekend in TJ. Yah, I'm such a badass, I failed the drug test with flying yellow colors.

I went to the office on Thursday like every month to see doctor Presser, when I opened the door there was a guy with glasses saying that one care move one block away from the office. Ive never seen him before, I usually see grils only. I went to the other office and found out that only Dr.Powers moved. I like Dr.Powers but I go Thursdays to see Dr.presser. Open care staff explain to me what happened and I want to stay with them.

Was actually $45 for a Renewel like they said
Finally found a place with no hidden fees, I got over charged last time at another place but they renewed it no problem. I don't fuck with that other place, but I fuck with these guys hard. See ya next year!

Patient for Life
Thanks again Dr. Presser and all of his helpers I have never seen such a busy Doctors office in my life and for once their was enough helpers to make things quick you have a patient for life, thanks.

Best MMJ and Regular Doctors most Legit ever!
This is my 5th Doctor I have gone too in the last 10 years and he was able to help me understand my health problems better than the other doctors I went to. Simply the Best!!

Hands down best clinic in oc
4th time renewing in oc and the last two have been with open care. They know how to treat their patients right. Every time I am treated with professionalism and compassion, that's how it should be done. The renewal price is very competitive for a legit clinic

The doctor doesn't have the greatest bedside manner, but I got my card in less than 5 minutes so whatever. His staff are much nicer.

5 STARS ALL AROUND
Location is easy to find, right off the freeway... The most professional evaluation I've ever been too.
Check in was simple. I arranged an appointment and arrived about 10 minutes early. When you arrive, you tell the beautiful ladies in the front what you are there for.. After that you sign in and fill out the necessary paperwork.... I got my paperwork turned in around the time of my appointment and had to wait about 10-15 minutes total to get called into a room and wait where the doctor would consult me.
Overall 5 star experience, Total process took about an hour but that's average for a doctor visit. My favorite and the best part of this experience was my consultation with the doctor. He was extremely helpful and resourceful. I will gladly be back to do business with y'all again.

Unfortunately..not to same experience from last
Well ....they moved a short distance...like across the street....Besides the whole issue with one of the owners of the clinic
This time I felt like a number, and was talked down to a little by the Dr. Not sure why, except maybe hes angry for all the years of medical school and loans comes down to a 5 second interview and a comment of..."we are done."
Anyway ,, I didnt expect much last year but was surprised how professional.....this year seems sketchy..sorry to say. One nurse at reception seemed very ..um Medicated! Couldnt remember my paperwork and repeated herself a few times......weird man

Short wait - Good Prices. Very Helpful
Very helpful doctor here who explained to me everything I needed to know to get started. I came here in the afternoon and did not wait long at all, probably just a few minutes. Price was very good for what I got out of it. I also purchased a photo ID card here. My only complaint is that it is on the 2nd floor (i'm old with health problems )but there was an elevator conveniently. Thanks!

reliable courteous & professional
easily the nicest clinic I've been to! total time for me to get my recommendation and get out was about 25 minutes. and they have some dispensaries next door for 1 stop shopping. very reasonable pricing and very professional, comfortable waiting area with snacks and water. i know they will be here next year when i renew unless some shady places i've been to in the past. definitely recommended

Great and smart doctor
The Doctor was legit, and he knew his stuff and isn't just writing off recommendations, he actually tends and cares for your needs. The place is also a very clean and legit looking place. Best doctor in Orange County in my opinion

my experience at Open Care was fairly quick and simple. first time posting on weedmaps and i am glad I used it. very clean professional facility.I was here for maybe 15-20 minutes. I had doctor C and would definitely recommend this physician.

Good place --- long wait
I went to my original doctor in Whittier for a renewal. Last year it was $40.00 but went up to $60 this year. Since my wife and I both needed renewal we walked out and came to this office. The waiting room had about 20 people so I expected a little wait. It was almost 2 hours before I was processed. For some reason my wife was still in the waiting room. I talked to the receptionist and she rushed my wife through so I didn't have to wait another long time for her. I appreciate that but I feel a wait of over an hour is unreasonable. Other than that I would recommend them. If you make an appointment first, they claim to get you through in about 20 minutes. Next year I will definitely call for an appointment.
