Doesn't tell me which product is on back order. Ugh. Nor did it tell me when it was released.
Plus, it would be nice if you used PayPal.
I received the package and it was fine. Except one of the six boxes of rice was crushed. Why would you ever send a new customer an already damaged box?
I love your products but, your customer service is a bit lacking.

Ordered mango coconut grilling sauce and found it here much cheaper be than anywhere else. Packed very well and arrived in great shape. Took about week and a half because I did not expedite, so I in am very satisfied mainly because of great selection on the web site and great price.

I would like to be able to choose my own quantities. It would also be nice to search for products by type (gluten free for example).
When I received the order I noticed the packaging does not have the gluten free label. Yet when I searched, these products came up as gluten free. That concerns me-I'm not sure I can trust it.

The website was clearly organized and easy to use. The product I wanted was available. My only objection was that the shipping cost seemed high. However, I fully intend to use MyBrands the next time I need this product.
