Positive = The service is quick and efficient. Email works well. Instruction were comprehensive (though not totally clear).
To improve = portal was difficult to navigate, it wasn't clear where to send /upload things and also I've been trying to call all your UK costumers' service number and none of them were working.

9 houer to flight go. Did not now i need visa, i Google and send mail, after 1 houer i got visa in mail. To others, importent, i did not now that i must wright out papers, i got lot of stress in airport to get out document. Remember to get copy of document before you come to airport.
