The web site of myanmarvisacorp is clear and easy to use. The required documents are well described, so that it is easy to collect the necessary data. We had no problem to get the eVisa which arrived in due time. We have not tried the official website of the immigration office, so that we cannot compare, but we are satisfied with the services of myanmarvisacorp.

Found the uploading of info after payment a little confusing/difficult.

This is my first visit to Myanmar and I wanted to secure a visa without having to physically turn in my passport to the embassy. This worked like a charm. I started to complete the application on a Sunday morning and had some questions about how to attach passport pictures to the form. I was so impressed that I could live chat with someone and get the issue resolved. I submitted on Sunday and on Wednesday morning I have my visa by email. Wonderful. Only wish Laos was this simple.

As promised, my visa application came through promptly. I submitted it on Monday evening and received it back on Wednesday evening. I was advised immediately that my documents had been received safely and that was all that was required.

Initial instructions on the 'click to advice' are a little confusing - e.g. requiring a photo of particular dimensions (passport size) and then being told it was too small. This was sorted by very quick and helpful advice from the persons receiving and sending e-mail.

The E-Visa application process was simple and user friendly. The only room for improvement required on the tele-communication side, where i experienced difficulty in communicating with the officer in charge due to lack of communication skills.
