You get so much more than martial arts instruction at MP USA. The instructors are excellent mentors for the children and adults, they offer encouragement and support in every way possible. We moved here about three years ago and shortly after our son started the kids program. Mas Nate and Mas Mike, and all the instructors have been there for us from day 1. I love that MP USA teaches children to be physically and emotionally healthy. MP USA has helped our son grow by teaching him skills to keep himself safe, and how to be a kind, safe person for others. Our son shows responsibility and caring in all aspects of his life since starting MP USA. My husband and I are part of the WHO program, and since starting our overall health and wellness has improved. Also, I have taken the Woman's Personal Protection workshop, which was fun and informative, I know that I am better prepared to defend myself. In the near future, I plan to join the Athletic Adventure Program! MP USA is a truly unique martial arts studio and is such a great investment in you!

This class is not for everyone. However, the instructors are the first ones to tell you that, and you are not left in the dark about it. But if you want to card, the health benefits are enormous. It would be difficult to recommend this to anyone, just because it is such a different lifestyle. But if you are serious about improving your health and are willing to apply yourself this is the best thing ever.

Everything is taught in a step by step fashion one lesson building on the next. Besides learning the martial art aspect, mpusa spends a great deal of time teaching how to grow and harness your inner power. These "power" sessions are a workout in and of themselves and I can imagine that they may be just the thing to help push a good athlete to greatness and beyond. I definitely recommend mpusa!

THESE GUYS ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING WE ONLY HAVE THE MOST RESPECT FOR THEM
No matter what age or gender you are these guys have a class for you weather it be kids physical and mental improvement, a woman's class, self defence or self discipline, inner piece, or just a fun material arts class There is literally a class for EVERYONE AND EVERYTHING!!! And the Mas's (teachers) are the VERY BEST anyone could Ever ask for!!! And better than that they go above and beyond their duties and are GREAT life mentors and friends GREAT role models no matter how old you are, Or that your child is!!!
We currently have my 7 year old son in their classes that we ABSOLUTELY LOVE they have taught him so much MORE than just martial arts!!! They have taught him GREAT self esteem (that brought up ALL of his grades), how to be held accountable for his own actions, how to have respect for himself, elders, and peers. They have helped transform my son into the greatest kid He can be!!!
They have TRULY changed our lives in so MANY POSITIVE WAYS than one could ever imagine!!! They go way more up and above the typical "martial arts classes" that one would imagine!!! There classes actually is more than just a GREAT class but a whole new life style that is TRULY admirable!!! They are the VERY BEST you could ever ask for no matter what age or gender weather for your self or for your child!!! Enrolling my son in this program was the VERY BEST I COULD EVER DO FOR HIM!!!

I have only wonderful things to say about MP USA. All of the instructors are some of the best people you will ever meet - especially Mas Nate and Mas Mike. I don't know if they make people better than those two! We found the entire MP USA community to be like a family with great, positive people dedicated to bringing out the best in children and in one another. This is a place where they really do care about you and your kids.
The women's self defense classes were excellent, too! I had been looking for classes like these for some time and they were exactly what I wanted at a good price. I actually was in a situation where a strange man was harassing me and, whereas normally I would panic, I found myself running through everything I learned in my mind so that I could protect myself if needed. He ended up leaving me alone when I charged off ahead of him, but the comfort of knowing I had to tools to protect myself was invaluable. Perhaps that was the very confidence that made him realize he'd better back off!
My daughter has also loved their martial arts program. She has felt tremendous pride and success wit each new belt and mastery of complex skills. She also loves Mas Nate and Mas Mike like no other.
MP USA is near and dear to our hearts and is owned and operated by people with incredible integrity in business (and in life) that you just don't often find anymore. They will work to help every individual (young or old) to become their best. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

MP USA is one of Ogden's best kept secrets. If you have a chance to train with Mike and Nate Zeleznick you should do it. You will learn some super cool martial art moves, how to build your own internal energy, become physically fit and meet a great group of people!

I'm kidding. :) The training I've done in MP has been life changing. I'm more positive, confident, and stronger physically, mentally, and spiritually. The instructors truly care about your well being and push you way beyond your limitations. There is not one single thing I would change. The energy and passion of Nate and mike is unmatched. (And I've dealt with many coaches for my children.). The energy in the studio is so positive and has been a life changer for my son. How do you measure a program that has such an impact on your child. He is confident and even stood up to a bully. Love this program and feel so grateful it's in Ogden area.
