I am sending a gift. No chance to put in a card. Also your policy on damage claims is too harsh. I can't expect my gift recipient to sign "subject to inspection". I certainly would never use you for anything breakable.

Modern Furniture Warehouse had the best price on the nightstands I ordered, however they arrived with damages and/or visible imperfections. I am so bummed because I love their design. It has been over a week since I emailed my complaint with pictures to customer service but have received no response.
I am being patient given that its the holidays...
