For the most part shopping and shipping were easy. Love the products. Quite literally the only foundation I use. Just a touch to dark but still the closest I've got. I have dry/ acne prone skin and this doesn't break me out. My only complaint is that my package was marked as delivered but I never received it, the carrier was no help the hung up on my when I asked to make a report. Told me the only thing I can do it's contact the seller. Which I did but it's took 5 calls total to get a replacement shipped to me. First 3 were calling to get the replacement but upon calling back, I was told there was no order for replacement placed. No records. So it was a little but upsetting.
