Everything was great except that I had to retype personal details on the "Ship To" section even though I'd filled our the "Bill To" section and check the "Shipping Same as Billing" box. Not big deal, but you might want to check to see if it is working as intended.

On March 21st I placed an order for a Lowrance Elite 7X HDI fish finder. These did not arrive as they were expected to at Marine Screens. Mr Katz was very professional in contacting me to make me aware of the shipping delay. He gave me two options
I could wait for them to arrive or he would refund my money. Because of the excellent customer service I received from Mr Katz I chose to wait on the unit to be shipped to me on a later date.

Because the site appears very new I was very hesitant to order but because they accepted Amazon payment I called Amazon to confirm the seller and they assured me the site is legitimate. Once the order was placed I was told the item was not in stock which was very disappointing because it was what I had my heart set on. But the seller worked with me and I ended up with a different model and it them arrived exactly as I expected.
I will be looking to this seller for a marine radio shortly.
