The only thing I did not like is that there was absolutely no way to track my package, and I tried to multiple times. I was waiting to call them the next day to find out where my package was and it arrived that night so I never did call but people like to track their packages to know when they are arriving so package tracking would be good to add.

I did not create an account prior to ordering. When I went to track my package, the site required a user account. I created an account, but there was no way for me to actually match my order to my account. Once my package had shipped, I selected the track my order button and it had a tracking number. However, the tracking number on the site had a data type issue and came across as '1.98512453E10' rather than the actual tracking number. In order for me to get the number, I had to contact support. Support was very helpful and responded with proper tracking number within an hour, but it was still frustrating
