I couldn't edit my shopping cart without going back into the site and I thought shipping was steep but maybe I'm just not used to paying for shipping? I had to choose the second-least expensive option to get it within a week and in the US that seems a bit much.

Can be very unhelpful. I called the day after an order to say one item had awful reviews elsewhere, could I swap out the item? I was told it was in the process of packing but had not shipped and he would not cancel the order. The delivery was slow, it cost me to return the item and then extra postage for the replacement.
