At check out, you wouldn't accept the "sorry" coupon because it wasn't acceptable product although you site said only ra telescopes weren't acceptable. Also, the "terms and conditions" page wasn't visible to read. Other than that, all was good.

I tried to place my order yesterday morning and got a message that the server was down and to try again later. I need my item by Thursday for a birthday. Not sure if it would have been processed yesterday anyway. I do like the site and feel confident in the item I purchased.
Placed the order on-line Monday morning and received the item by the date needed. Contacted Customer Service by phone as the confirmation e-mail was not received. He was very helpful and confirmed my order had shipped.
