Website was slow when navigating through it. Did not receive confirmation email. Called number on website and went to voicemail. No one returned my voicemail message to confirm my order. I did receive a shipping confirmation a couple of days after my order and received my item a few days after that. Prices were the lowest I could find online.

Beautiful bowls! I ordered 8 bowls for wedding centerpieces. They look just like picture. All were individually boxed with plenty of styrofoam and shipped in one large heavily walled box, no damage to any of them. Nice job, Koyal!
