Website was fairly user-friendly and easy to navigate, price was more than competitive to other sites and/or retailers, delivery time was short, and my cartridges arrive a little before the promised delivery date.
I got the correct cartridges, at a good price, in a rapid time span!!
Overall, I am extremely happy with the service provided and have NO intention of buying my printing supplies from anywhere else. I highly recommend the use of Inktuit services.
I spent many hours researching other online services and retailers before deciding on Inktuit. After completing my business with them on this transaction, I've come away totally satisfied with No complaints whatsoever! How often can you say THAT when dealing with most online services??

The ink cartridge does not print in my Epson printer. For the $9.99 price I'm not going to send the product back because it's not worth the hassle, but I will not buy another product from the site.

When the little package arrived I opened it up and got a huge surprise. Ink was all over the place. I got the 2nd one cleaned up and put it in my printer. Started to print a letter and I noticed the little orange light blinking on my printer. This is a warning sign. So I was waiting for 2 items to come and I did indeed get both however both are not usable. So I am pretty ticked off about this. Not to mention the stained grout in my kitchen floors. It will come out eventually, I hope!
