great so far, but haven't used the product yet
We ordered lexmark 17 and received lexmark 16 so at first was disappointed but when I called, I realized that the 16 is a high yield version of the 17, so the order was subbed for a better version. Good!

The purchasing process was easy and quick. I was a little scared at first, seeing the ink in see through cartridges, afraid they might break. But they are sturdy and I like actually seeing when the ink is gone. Would buy my ink from you, and the price for everything I ordered, is amazing, and fast delivery. Will recommend to all my friends and family.

I thought I had order placed. I come back later in day, find item is still in cart. Went to Paypal, no order had been processed there. Tried again, same result . Finally, put in debit card number and order seems to have processed.
