I learned something while installing one of my new cartridges.
When prepping cartridge for installation (removing cellophane, and orange plastic cover), do not apply pressure to cartridge sides with thumb and index finger (or any other finger, for that matter).
If pressure is applied to sides when orange cover is off, ink will be expelled from cartridge.
The above is in no way a negative comment but rather a "heads up" for future cartridge installation. OEM cartridges may be squeezed in like fashion.

When I ordered the cartridges, it gave the appearance that I was ordering Lexmark cartridges. Clearly I wasn't. That was my fault for not researching your company better. I saw "Lexmark" cartridges marked "remanufactured" and "Lexmark" cartridges not marked that way. I ordered the ones not marked "remanufactured". The order page clearly is made to look like you would be ordering the real thing. Also, if you are in Miami and my order was shipped to Jacksonville and it took from Jan 30 to Feb 8, that is not acceptable. Could've walked them here in that time.
