Challenges to the customer:

Sending vital statistics on a spreadsheet caused me more that a bit of hesitation. I actually stopped, read reviews and scamming websites before proceeding. The information needed by the Indian Gov't is extremely private - and you are NOT the Indian Gov't. I think many of your customers must get an uneasy feeling sending this kind of info in a spreadsheet over the internet. I think you should find a better method that would make the customer feel more secure. This alternative method could also be an opportunity for your company to make the process more seamless for the client.

Also, I waited 13 days and did not hear back anything. On your website you say "a minimum of three days". I got that "I got scammed and they have important information on me!" feeling. So I wrote your company and received the paper the same day. Obviously, it had been ready but not sent to me. So, this is another area of challenge for your company.

Having previously tried to obtain a visa through the government site and experienced no end of problems as the government site was not responding correctly and repeatedly rejected my passport date!!
