Very confusing. Wanted a 24" 5mm chain after finding the one I wanted in a 16" length, customer service directed me to the 24" length but it was considerably less expensive disputed being 8" longer. Turns out it was considerably lighter too which was not what I wanted. Before realizing this, I asked customer service why the difference in price to which she vaguely replied that prices were always changing. Nothing about the fact that the two chains were not comparable. The site was tedious to navigate, confusing and I'm still not sure I'm getting what I want.

I bought a silver chain but wish that the type of clasp closure had been specified. I am taking a chance that it will be a good-quality lobster claw-type clasp and not a flimsy spring clasp, but I am reassured by the return policy that I can return it if I don't like it.
