I am very fond of calling the Home Service Club hotline and it was easy as 1-2-3. They had the company that worked with them contact me regarding the repair of my garbage disposal. They scheduled the appointment and came right out after we nailed down the schedule. When they arrived, they went straight to business, which was much appreciated.

Home Service Club has been pretty quick about giving me a response whenever a claim is submitted. I don't have a lot of time to spare waiting around for people to call me, so this is really appreciated. With this level of urgency, I had my exhaust fan fixed in the nick of time. Talking with the claims rep has been pretty good.

Home Service Club sent a plumber who found out that it was the valve stem behind the tile that needed to be replaced and addressed, which eliminated the problem.
