Your Web site gave me three delivery options: standard, 3-5 days, and next-day. I placed the order on September 15 and needed the product by the 22nd, so I selected -- and paid extra for -- "3-5 days." When the product was shipped, it did indeed arrive two days later. BUT IT WAS NOT SHIPPED UNTIL SEPTEMBER 23 -- FULLY 8 DAYS AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER, AND (OBVIOUSLY) TOO LATE TO BE ON TIME FOR THE CHILD'S (SEAN'S) BIRTHDAY! Also . . . I sent two e-mail messages about this problem. To each message, I received a reply saying, "We will get back to you shortly, our goal is within 1 working day or less." But you never did "get back" to me either time. (My second message to you said that I would expect reimbursement for the extra shipping cost, as well as a note of apology to Sean. Well . . . ?)

We bought a Rody horse a few years ago for my son who is 3 1/2 and he loves Mocha. We are now getting a new one for our 17 month old, because Mocha has one owner only.

I ordered this same exact order same credit card same EVERYTHING and its been 3 weeks and nothing so I come to check status and NOTHING. I was a little disappointed with 4 girls that love your products and these were birthday gifts so now I have to pay additional funds just to get it in time. Very disappointed as I thought I was a valued customer.

These balls last a long time. My kids use them every day, and we just had to get a new one due to a hole. But it's been 3 years, so I'm pretty happy with that. They are durable. They are a great way for kids to get exercise while having fun.
