HEC has been my go-to ecig/vape supplier since March 2012. They have always featured cutting edge vape products, yet still kept old school vape products in stock also. They have always offered outstanding customer service. They were always willing to answer my questions & help me make the best purchase decision for my wants & needs. If HEC is ever able to resume online sales, I will continue to do business with them.

Due to the new legislation that restricts the online sales of Vape products, I am stocking up on vape supplies because there are NO local full service ecig/vape suppliers in my area. Local area convenience stores only offer Blu & Jul vaping products, nothing else, at highly inflated prices.
