I was unable to find any bedframes locally - after extensive searching - to fit the head and
footboard width for my off-size, older Broyhill, queen size bed. Homeplace Group had the perfect solution. The sales rep. was great in helping me make sure I had a frame that would fit all my dimensions of width, height, and fame hook size. The shipment a
rrived in a few days in fine condition. The bedframe is definitely of strong and solid construction.
My only complaints are that the bedframe had some light surface rust in a couple of sections, the directions were printed way too small and were of limited help (though assembly was a relatively simple and easy process), and one of the plastic sleeves holding one of the adjustable feet broke when I slid the bed back into position. This was due to having to extend the feet to nearly the limit of their height.
All the same, I am pleased overall to have a strong, workable product that should do the job well

My 17 year old plastic bed frame legs gave way and I needed replacement parts immediately

Service was exceptional; helpful and friendly phone assistance and ordering process
Ordered a bed rail on Friday afternoon July 3 (holiday for many) and was told it could still ship out that day. It did, and arrived as estimated on Tuesday morning July 7. Product was as advertised and just what we needed. Great experience.

I saw the parts I wanted on line but the quantity listed was much more than I needed
I called in and the customer service rep quickly reduced the number of items to the number I needed, reduced the price and shipped them all out the same day...With a HUGE smile! Great job!!!

After not seeing the right bracket I required on the website, I called and spoke to Brandon W. He was very helpful and found the exact parts that I needed! I called Homeplace with a question about my broken bed frame. The young lady (unfortunately, I did not get her name) was extremely helpful and very professional. She led me to a website, and helped me pick out an appropriate replacement. She made my day!

I had a wonderful experience as a Homeplace Group, Inc
online customer. I had searched everywhere locally for a piece of hardware to attach a headboard to a bed frame, but had no luck finding it. After locating a similar product on Homeplace Group's website, I called for more information. They answered all my questions, were pleasant and polite,
and processed my order immediately. Two days later, I received the part and installed it on my bedframe. It worked perfectly and was of superior quality. I rarely deal with a company that provides such great service!
