Initially received a part that was not assembled correctly.Called customer service,she was very friendly and helpful. A new part was mailed to us and the rest of the installation went smoothly.

Cabinet door and drawers do not align properly. Arrived with packaging intact however was evidently packed with damage - minor scrape of the finish and wood on the "face" of a portion of the leg support.

I love giving great reviews on products when it is deserving. Reviews greatly help consumers to decide. Although this product CAN be a 5-star product, I have to give it a 3 for poor quality control. When I first unpacked the product, I noticed the finish had been chipped on one of the boards (picture1). Very disappointing. I will never find the right white paint to cover that up. I then noticed a similar, but smaller chip on the opposite board in the same location. (If it were purchased at a local store, it would have been returned). Well, I finished putting the unit together...I put the last screw in that supports the bench lid....and as I am closing the lid on my finished work, almost comically, I see the worst damage (picture2). A long crack in the wood on the forward facing part of the bench. So... so disappointing. Aside from that, it is a sturdy product. Suits my needs. Wanna take the gamble?
