So far everything has been glitch free. Website works ! The bad: Delivery was delayed due to my order being lost in the system. The good: After speaking with several CSR's and two actually going to speak with the warehouse manager, my order was located and shipped the same day. The bad: My lineset arrived missing a cap with a slight dimple. The good: It was immediately replaced / FedEx'd. The bad: Ordered extra flare seal... was missing that. The good: It was immediately sent included with the FedEx'd replacement lineset.
