I requested you phoned the recipient on arrival at reception. The recipient was not phoned and was unaware of the delivery. It sat in the reception area for two days. I chose the premium option and I was disappointed that you did not follow my simple request. The recipient was working from home and would have received a dried up gift. How difficult was it to pay attention to my request. I will chose another florist next time.

The flowers are lovely and reasonably priced. The website was just slow and kept loading for over 10 mins and I was trying to complete the order, so I had to refresh the page and reenter all my personal information.
