Curtis is very responsive to questions and requests and creates a beautiful product. He anticipated that the shipping time might not allow for giving the gift on time and suggested expedited shipping, which was much appreciated. Having an online chat area is great. Answers questions quickly so you can get your concerns looked after and your order complete. The final product is awesome!! The engraving is exactly what I asked for. This is a graduation gift so can't wait to see the reaction from the graduate.
