i previously purchased the thicker K9 critical care one which was softer. i tried the newer K9 critical care which is half the thickness and twice as hard. it has become a struggle to get my dog to eat them. if at the end of the day he won't eat them due to this texture change i won't buy any more in the future. i like the concept of the product but if he won't eat it, the concept is mute.
