The sling just bunches up under her belly and the Velcro grabs the straps. I will use it occasionally but its not what I thought it was.

I have been issued a return authorization number (RA 53974 CAC-R) I have shipped the item and have already used your contact email from your website to inform you of the tracking number. (2) packages should be returned to shortly. I was somewhat concerned that the UPS store did not have an exact address match. I sent it to the address that was on my return authorization form that was included with the product delivery.

your site is easy to navigate and there is a good selection of products. Only disappointment was I tried to use the code HOLLY20 for a 20% discount at checkout and the entire 20% was not applied.

I am in school to become a Rehab Tech and this site is proving very helpful. I also have 3 corgis at different places in recovery from disc surgery and this site is a one-stop shop for everything.

Items are of real good quality for the most part. Hard to get the exact measurements all the time. Shipping costs are a bit high compared to other sites I've ordered from, but the more you order, the shipping gets a little more reasonable.

I called to ask sme questions this afternoon and was referred to the website "if you want information about the products". I took the time to call because I wanted to ask some questions. So I ordered the Drag Bag for my Doxie (who has just become handicapped) because it is unique to HP, but I ordered the sling from Walkabout because they answered my questions. If I need a cart, I'm not likely to buy something that important by finding the answers myself on a website. As you must understand my dogs handicap is very worrisome to me and I just expected more from your customer service...more compassion I guess.
