We watched the video. We have sized the harness. Have put it on for short get use to periods. She is comfortable with wearing the harness. Today we intend to fit her with wheels. Pre-sized it, today adjust and if the rain subsided we’ll take her a short test drive. After we finish you’ll need to adjust to 5 stars.

It's so great to see my dog up and moving again after a spinal condition left her paralyzed in her hind legs about a month ago. The wheelchair works great, and she's adjusting to it quite well. I found both the instructions in the booklet and the videos on the website on how to adjust the wheelchair confusing, but I think it's correct now. It just makes me happy to see her so energetic and moving around both in and outside the house!

It wasn't clear where to enter my vet's referral ID, and the user interface was inconsistent between using the SureFit calculator (which also allowed you to switch to regular size selection) and using regular size selection (which DIDN'T give you the option of switching to the SureFit calculator). My password manager also got confused by the fact that this site seems to switch between walkinpets.com and handicappedpets.com or something. I was also unable to select my pet's breed when first creating my account, so I had to go back and add her again later. There also was nowhere for me to enter my dog's armpit to rump measurement when using the calculator, despite that measurement being listed as one I needed to do.

The clips are very difficult if not impossible for me to use. I have slight arthritis in my hands but can usually manage things like this. My dog doesn’t seem comfortable enough to want the move in it. The clips look like they are sticking in him when he tries to walk. I feel like it takes a professional to fit this correctly if it’s going to be any good for my dog. Sorry!

To start off, it was not easy to assemble based on the instruction manual. I tried, and left it for my husband. He is a "McGyver" and he had issues so we went to the video and we did it together. Eureka! Annabelle (our Frenchie) took to it immediately and we have been breaking her in everyday. We camp frequently and this is going to be great to take her on walks!!! She is immobile on her back left side and drags herself everywhere. Two pictures attached. In one she decided to take a nap.

My sweet George has nerve degeneration & is losing strength in his back legs. Vet suggested a wheelchair for him. I purchased this & he took right off in it. Great product

This product is really well made and they have thought of everything! The instructional video is easy to follow and well thought out. My dog turned out to not be an extreme case thank goodness, and the chair helped rehabilitate him to where is almost back to 100%. Well worth the purchase! Thank you so much for making a quality product.

It was a little small for Leo around the hip area but overall great quality product and very easy to assemble!! He was up and walking around on the first try. Would definitely recommend this product over Eddie’s Wheels!!
