Came on time, and is very light weight....my only issue besides struggling with the correct fit is the instruction book that came with it was not printed correctly. The middle pages are missing about an inch off the top...the print is shifted down but there are still words on each page at the bottom missing.

Put it together with relative ease but the adjustment to fit my dog I am still working thru. Product is lightweight and sturdy. Thank You!!

The actual product was amazing. And it’s very sturdy and heavy duty for my active beagle. The reason I will not be giving 5 stars is because I had called to change the address, which the worker never put into the system and never called fedex like needed. Since I wasn’t home, I had nearly a week delay to getting my package. After opening it, I found it was shipped without the wheels. They were nice and prompt to send me new ones though, which was nice. I was just kind of disappointed that I had spent $60 extra in shipping just to not be able to use the wheelchair for over a week, both for mistakes on their part..

The product was very well built.. I just struggled with the costumer service. I was always told of the excellent customer service, but I personally did not feel that way. I paid $60 for express shipping, since the website said it typically is shipped out same day, I expected to the get it the follow (even fedex said it would arrive the following day). Which was great, since I had a hiking trip planned for that weekend and wouldn't be home. When it was delayed a day, I called to get the address changed with them and the lady told me she would call fedex, that never happened. So my wheelchair shipped to the wrong location and I had to wait almost a week even though I paid so much extra in shipping. Upon opening it, I realized they forgot my wheels, this was disappointing because it was yet another day of waiting. They were prompt to send me new ones however which was nice. Overall, I felt that could have done more. I received 0 compensation for 2 mistakes on their part.. when I'm spending $400 on a product, I kind of expect excellent service.. I just didn't feel it on this one.

My dog is able to be a dog. She is able to run & play with our other dogs. She loves to race me down the driveway!

This little device has helped our 12 year old Boxer Lily to get back on the road. Once it is put together and fitted correctly it is very easy to hook her into it and get going. She can go pretty much where she wants - we have not tried it on hiking trails yet but it seems pretty 'all-terrain.' The reason it is not five stars is that assembly is quite tricky, and the written instructions were not clear enough to get the wheels set up correctly. We had to watch a couple of videos to get things right, and Lily was too exhausted from the fittings and such to actually use the wheels after we finally got them togther. But, that is a one-time problem, and we are very pleased with these wheels.

Very well made but having difficulty getting dog into it. It seems too much of everything for her. When in it and she falls over, she can’t get upright. I will have to get help with fitting her into it.

For 8 months Lucky was not able to move himself and I had to carry him everywhere. Within 5 minutes of being in his walkin wheels he was nervously moving himself around. Within the first 3 days he is running from one room to another in the house.

More videos of female dogs using the potty in the wheelchair would be helpful to see how/if it can be done. Of course males can do it, they usually don't have to squat. Also, the instructional dvd that was sent with the package did not work

My fury baby is able to stand and walk on her own again thanks to this wheelchair. I am very exited and great full for being able to have this option. I love the color and the extra items I purchased, a license plate with my dogs name and extra belly support. She is learning to be free again thanks to walking wheels. I want to mention also the wonderful customer service I received by Erica. I order the wrong size struts and she help me right away. She was very professional.

Sadly, our girl went over the rainbow bridge two days after receiving the wheelchair. Although we had put it together and fitted the harness, she never had a chance to use it. The wheelchair seems to be very well constructed and sturdy and I would definitely order another one in the future should we need it. In the meantime, I've offered it as a donation to a rescue group.

We have unpacked the product but our dog has not yet needed to use it, as she has rebounded and is currently able to walk with only a hind leg brace. As her hind leg muscles continue to atrophy, we're glad we have it on-hand for her to use when the time comes.
