I've contacted customer service regarding an exchange for the harness I ordered which was way to small. It's been two days, however, I know that is not a long time to respond to everyone's comments. The wheel chair I purchased seems to be sturdy and will work for my 49lb mixed Terrier with DM. I wish written instructions were in the box instead of having to go to my computer to watch a video. I'm an old timer and do things the old fashioned way. I have not completely assembled the wheel chair yet, but being 70 it might take me a bit more time.

This is the best rear harness we have found for our doggie. It helps so much when we need to get him up and outside for shorter times and hooks right on to his wheelchair when he is outside for longer periods. Thank you all so much for creating such helpful and quality products.

I used the measure your pet tool and it said a medium rear harness, but when it arrived it was obvious he needs a large not sure what the return exchange policy is.

Might work well for another dog. This harness is too close to my dog's urethra and slides off her backside. She's a 15 year old Pyrenean shepherd whose back legs are weak/non-functioning due to spinal issues. First of all, she does not like to be messed with, I am still putting the harness on her for short periods to maybe acclimate her. Second, I really like the design on this harness - it does exactly what I do with my hands to keep her from falling and help her back up. And I could put a pad in the back of the harness. The harness arrived ahead of schedule and is well-made from good materials. It just isn't working well for us so far.

I feel the harness would be great if my dog could stand up on his back legs. It is very difficult to get on him since he cannot stand. I had a vet tech see if she could do it on her own and she agreed. It is a great harness when it is on, but it takes two people to get it on. I will be returning the item.
