I order the wheel attachment for the front, they were kind enough to tell me it was the wrong size and they'd ship the correct size and refund the difference... I received another wheel chair instead of the attachment and the wrong size rear lift. I've email and called to no avail.

We measured and first ordered small for our 25lb mini schnauzer mix. It was too big and covered up all potty areas. We then ordered xs and it fits better.. but still mostly covers urethral opening. She pees on it all the time. Poops ok tho. She had failed ccl repair on one rear leg and tore the other 2wks ago.. she can scoot a bit. Hoping repaired leg can get stronger while waiting on surgery for the other leg. Poor girl. Glad these are not too expensive since neither perfect and can't return since soiled

This site is easy to get around in, the videos and pictures help me decide what will be helpful for my handicapped pup, So grateful for this site, My girl would not have quality of life without these items

The harness doesn't seem to stay in place. It slides down my dog's back and end up covering her lady bits so she pees on it. I like that it has to handles to help balance out a long dog. But it just won't stay up around her waist...

It's a bit difficult to find what you are looking for on the website. I tried a search for drag bag and all I got as a result was a diaper. The products are good, but just not easy to find what you are looking for.

We are disappointed. It took a long time for the product to arrive (order November 4, received November 15) and when it did two clips were missing. Rather than wait for the necessary clips we are returning the product.

The product itself is high-quality. The problem is that it will not stay on our dog's back end He is a Pembroke Corgi, has next-to-no-tail, and no matter how we hold the harness, it will not stay where it's supposed to, but slides off his rump. Sorry, but we're going to be returning the harness.

This harness works well when you’re trying to assist your 70 pound dog to the restroom. I my only issue with the product would be that the straps that cross over on the back tend to loosen on their own.

Many shipping and paying options. Please just look into the Amazon pay. I kept getting an error for my billing phone number but I wasn't given an option to add it. PayPal option worked great.

Some problem with the street address entry box, kept bouncing back to "how did you find us" select menu. I tried copying and pasting my address from a word doc and worked ok.
