This item was too large using sizing chart provided. I don't think they are a good fit for small dogs. They fit like a split. I have returned the item and have purchased the sock for more flexibility. I again chose the same size per recommendation when I ordered. We'll see.

I purchased extra small, and they appear to be too big for my dog, even though I measured according to the instructions. I liked that they are easier to put on than the typical socks with rubber bottoms. But it's just too hard for him to walk with them on.
