Only complaint is that the rewards are gone. I had enough points for at least 1 free bottle. Without warning, one day, the rewards points and catalog were gone.

I tried to place a larger order but kept receiving an error saying I hadn't chosen my shipping method but I had. I joined a chat session and waited for over 20 minutes with no response. During that time I got an email saying I had forgotten a few things. When I looked at the email it showed me the order I was trying to place. After about 20 minutes I finally gave up and left. About 2 hours later I came back to try again but was unwilling to place such a large order. If the order was wrong I was not confident that I could reach someone to help.
