Website easy to use, shipping cost slightly more than expected, well made solid product.
Works well for 2 out of 3 cats, doesn't do much for the long coat cat, but pulls a lot of undercoat fur from short haired cats.

Works very well on my short haired cats, one of whom loves it (and all brushes) but the other, who doesn't like to be brushed anyways, tolerates it as I expected. It leaves the hair on the cat so it needs to be gathered off by hand, the hair does not remain in the teeth as with other grooming tools I've used. It doesn't do much of anything for my long coat cat. It is very nice looking and fits comfortably in the hand, also does a decent job of removing hair from my clothes and furniture when used slowly and carefully as it is a metal tool.
