Now two months later we decided to purchase a second chair like the one we purchased from you, but we bought it from a local seller because your price was no longer competitive. The delivery personnel were competent, though one did not wear a mask as your description indicated they would. Our chair was delivered in a box that was significantly torn--an extremely large gash that we were almost certain would have caused damage, though, fortunately, there was no visible damage when the contents were unpacked. This was unexpected given your website's promise of exceptional delivery service.
