Extra help from your representative with:
1. Advise clients that they will need to show immigration their return flight booking.
2. Also to be processed at immigration pls advise that at the immigration desk only "one person at a time".

I had to try to get a visa on three occasions several times each before I could get your system to work. The picture I posted matched your requirements but it kept being rejected. The tool you use to verify it isn't a robot just doesn't work. Several times it was just a blue line. I entered it correctly at least 5 different trys, but it kept being rejected. I had to be very determined to get this visa.
My son said he found a way to add $25 and get us expedited thru the lines in the airport in Saigon. I was watching for that option and didn't find it.
All in all the system worked very poorly.

Needed a visa for Vietnam for my traveling son on the same day for a flight that evening and was very impressed with the service. Immediate response and was kept updated and kept to the times promised. Definite recommend if you need the service. Used the meet at the Vietnam end to ease passage through Immigration and that was worth doing.

The services I requested were provided just as promised. I received my expedited visa very promptly. I also requested expedited passage through immigration. To facilitate this, I was met at the airport by very professional customer representative even through my flight was delayed 3 hours. I was then quickly processed through immigration. I also requested a driver. After I cleared customs, a driver was waiting for me & then drove we directly to my hotel. It was a very good experience given that I arrived to Hanoi airport at 1:30 am.
