“I used to tell everybody how great you were! The situation with black caviar was very disappointing to me! I understand your reply from a business perspective - who knows what happens, so many people are wanting free stuff and they lie. But it is not my case. I can't prove anything and you are the caviar experts. I only ordered it a 2nd time. Most of the time I get red caviar for me and my clients. The first time I got the black caviar was no problem and if I remember it was about the same time in the fridge. But now you saying that it went bad in my fridge/freezer. OK, it might be so, but, but it was under 3 months still and we didn't do anything with it!

I was really hoping that you would replace it. The answer was a resounding no. Sad that it happened, for sure. I am sharing this experience with all my SOI (sphere of influence) because I can't help it. It was a sad experience for me.

We are very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our customer service. Let us try to explain ourselves. You placed an order around 3 months ago for wild hackleback sturgeon caviar. This product is clean and has no preservatives. Three months later you contacted us and stated that before you could consume the caviar it got moldy in your possession. I understand how discouraging that may feel, but you must understand that our product is perishable and if it is not consumed within a certain time period it will go bad. Mold does not occur in a frozen environment and this is our only complaint of mold from the last batch. The only conclusion we can come to is that you left your caviar in the fridge too long and it got moldy. Things like this happen to perishable goods. We do not ever state that our products won’t ever go bad. Caviar has a certain shelf life in certain environments and from the looks of it the product was simply not stored properly in your care. As you can understand we cannot accept a claim on a product that was simply not consumed soon enough. We suggest consuming all Black caviar within a week of thawing to guarantee the best quality. If you have any further questions please let us know.
