So far I am in the middle of the colon cleanse. I recommend you don't eat meat during it because it has slowed the progression of the cleanse for me. Otherwise good though!

Great product, it's the best multivitamin Ive ever used has everything you need in it. Cost could be better more people would be able to use Intramax. Other than price I would definitely recommend Intramax, try it I'm sure you will love it like I do.
