Had a prompt response from Jon. He examined our old broken opener and found the cause. He recommended a new digital opener which is greatly updated (he demonstrated the updates) from the old analog door. It had more horse power, so the motor was much more efficient and quieter. The old belt was stretched and degrading and he replaced that also.
Upon demonstrating the new opener, I did not realize how noisy, jerky, and slow the old opener was. It is like day and night. The digital key pad has several useful features that were not available on the analog pad.
Bottom line,,, I wish we would have replaced the old opener sooner and had been enjoying the silence !!!

I first contacted percussion garage doors when my 30 year old door broke a spring. The technician arrived on time and found my garage door was not worth fixing. Every part of the door had worn out from 30 years of service. we decided to go cwith a new door. The new door was installed today. Wow what a difference no more gaps for the weather to sneak in and it's so much quieter. Thanks precision doors.

Called in to repair a broken spring on my garage door, operator was courteous and professional and was able to schedule the same day. Chris the technician arrived on time reviewed the situation and told me what I needed and completed the repairs and checked all adjustments. Fantastic job my garage door has never worked this well.

The service man sent out by Precision was very knowledgeable and professional and explained all the issues without pushing for extra costs. I had no extra costs at my house and then recommended him to my neighbor who was equally pleased.

I did a Bing search for garage door repair and am I delighted Precision came up first. This was on a Saturday and the company that installed our door is closed on the weekend. Precision is open for business all the time. Ben, our technician was so knowledgeable and professional in conduct. One of the best repair experiences I've ever had. I give him and Precision my highest endorsement.

Travis who came out to work on our two car garage door and one car garage door was very knowledgeable, professional and did an outstanding job. By 8:00 the next morning. He was familiar because he was the one that did the install 5 years ago. How often do you get the same person years later?
Our problem was a simple power outage reset.
