Excellent company to deal with! I purchased pedals for my father. There was an issue with the locking mechanism in the one pedal not working correctly, and they sent him a new one, no questions asked. Highly recommended company. Thank you!

Flatbike provided me with excellent service when ordering and shipping me 2 sets of Wellgo Pop-off Flat pedals. These are being used on Pedigo Interceptor electric bikes. By having pop-off pedals, I can easily load the bikes on to the platform bike rack and not have to worry about the pedals scratching up the bikes.

Super product, highlighted mounting instructions very clear. Pedals work great right out of the box, no adjustment needed. Quickly shipped, excellent option for SPD pedals that can be removed from bike in a second without tools. Much appreciated for my folding bike.

I tried to buy a pair of detachable Wellgo mini-pedals but the Flatbike website would not let me, so I called and left a message. Bob Forgrave called me back and told me it was because they were out of stock in black, but he had them in silver. He apologized for the puzzling behavior of the website and said he would put an "out of stock" sign on the applicable items. I was also concerned about the size of the mini-pedals and Bob assured me that they would work for all but the most technical mountain bike terrain. As we spoke I put in my order for a silver pair on the website and got them a few days later. The pedals work well and they are not too small.

I purchased the pop-off pedals. I was concerned that a pedal might scratch or gouge my car when it passed by my bike in the garage. On and off works great. The pedal itself is higher quality than the pedal that came with the bike.
