Our synthetic wood products are highly resistant to cracking, warping, checking, splitting, deterioration and pests so they'll stay looking great for years. Optional Class A Fire Rating is also available on select faux wood styles. I ordered glue and stain along with the beam. The glue and stain did not arrive with the beam. I called and they said they would send next day. I did get the glue but have had to call 4 times to try and get the stain I have paid for. I still do not have the stain and have touch up to do.

The entire process was very good. Hard part was there were no instructions included with the beam straps. I had to look at custumers reviews to figure out how to install them.
